• L&J has access to all the trucks, manpower, and special equipment necessary for the efficient transportation of office furnishings. L&J Moving and Storage also operates nationwide and internationally as an agent for National Van Lines.
• Computer carts will be used for the transportation of delicate computer and electronic equipment (Rubber top dollies with non-marking wheels are standard). Library carts for easy access to files, catalogs, or manuals are also available.
• A project manager will be on site before, during, and after your move to supervise and assure all work is completed efficiently.
• Meetings are conducted with office managers prior to moving to discuss the moving agenda. The different phases of your meeting will be outlined in this meeting. Your L&J representative will give your firm personalized service and explain the best system for labeling and packing your particular office.
• You will receive help with building managers for proper parking and access to both buildings.
• Floor protection for origin and destination is provided.
• L&J will disassemble, re-assemble, and place all office furniture according to the floor plan provided by the client.
• Our valued customers have the option to use our short or long-term containerized storage.
• We will provide you with around the clock service. A time schedule will be developed based on any time contraints your business may have. L&J has the flexibility to complete your move at the pace the firm requires. We are available days, evenings, and weekends.
• Personnel is available the day after the move to assist your personnel with "fine tuning" the new location. (upon request at our hourly rate)
• All L&J personnel are trained with commercial and office moving skills. Our movers are workers, which we determine to have the discipline to work effectively as a team. We work extra hard to maintain a high level of quality service.
